I enjoy the use of a vacuum bed that pulls the plastic so tight against your face that you can see the outline of your own teeth. It is a terrifying, beautiful form of encasement that leaves you entirely at the mercy of the pump. I will watch your chest struggle against the pressure while I enjoy my wine.
